These Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the ERGONEX™ website operated by YASSMAN GROUP.

By placing an order on this website, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

**Products**

ERGONEX™ offers ergonomic workspace products and accessories designed for everyday professional and personal use.

We strive to display product descriptions, visuals and specifications as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in color, packaging or appearance may occur depending on manufacturing batches and screen settings.

Pricing:

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the selected currency at checkout.

ERGONEX™ reserves the right to modify prices, shipping fees or promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

Orders:

Once an order is placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation email.

ERGONEX™ reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order in cases including:
- suspected fraud;
- incorrect pricing;
- unavailable stock;
- abusive behavior.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.

Payments:

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

ERGONEX™ does not store or have direct access to customers’ payment information.

**Shipping & Delivery**

Estimated delivery times are generally between 7 and 14 business days depending on the destination and shipping conditions.

Shipping delays caused by customs procedures, carriers or circumstances beyond our control may occur.

ERGONEX™ cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Returns & Refunds:

Customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving their order in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Returned products must:
- remain unused;
- be returned in their original condition;
- include original packaging and accessories.

Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned item.

Warranty:

Every ErgoStand™ Pocket is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.

The warranty does not cover:
- misuse;
- accidental damage;
- normal wear and tear;
- product modifications.

Limitation of Liability:

ERGONEX™ shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of products purchased on this website.

Customers remain responsible for using products appropriately and safely.

Intellectual Property:

All website content including branding, logos, images, product visuals and texts remain the property of YASSMAN GROUP.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
