RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
At ERGONEX™, we aim to provide a transparent, reliable and customer-focused shopping experience.
We apply a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
- your item must be in the same condition that you received it;
- unused and without damage;
- with all included accessories;
- in its original packaging and box;
- accompanied by proof of purchase.
Products returned without their original packaging may be refused.

Please note that return instructions and the return address will be provided by our support team once the request has been reviewed and approved.
Items sent back without a prior return request may not be accepted.
Damages & Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:
- the item is defective;
- the item is damaged;
- you received the wrong item.
This allows us to evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- personalized or custom-made products;
- promotional or discounted items;
- gift cards;
- products showing signs of misuse, accidental damage or abnormal wear.

Exchanges:
If your exchange request is approved, a replacement product may be shipped within an estimated 7 to 14 business days depending on stock availability and delivery destination.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must remain:
- unused;
- in their original condition;
- with original packaging and accessories;
- accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within approximately 5 to 14 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your account.
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
This policy does not cover:
- damage caused by misuse;
- accidental damage;
- product modifications;
- normal wear and tear.
